Imaginary Media teamed up with DML and Hermès to create a series of petit h pop-up
environments in window displays during the holiday season. Petit h is a unique line where the atelier’s traditional craft skills, and original creative thinking converge to imagine and realize exquisite original objects only showcased twice a year.
Imaginary Media designed the interactive control and mechanical systems for Hermes’s 2017 holiday window experience at their Madison Avenue store. When people passed by on the sidewalk the windows came to life. 10 individual panels animated open to reveal custom neon fixtures, lights flickered in bell-jars, and paper Christmas trees danced in the wind.
